    So yesterday I got a replacement phone. Backed up the original one, and transferred it all to the new one. Everything's great, but I no longer have an icon for the "browser". Basically the internet icon. How can I get this back?

    Best guess is that your data is not fully activated yet. You may have to call VZW to confirm.

    Also check that it's not hidden, Menu > Show All

    Check the applications list that it's on your BB.

    Do a battery pull.

    I fixed it. Went into the host routing table and did the registration. Weird.

    Not weird you needed to resend service books to get your carrier settings, email, and browser. All is in service books.
