I added the BB data plan last night with Sprint and I still dont have a browser. Sprint says the plan is active but i cannot find a way to access the internet. I went to Sprints blackberry site and set up my email but there is not email account on my device. I tried to send service books from there as well but still nothing. what should I do?
I tried all of those things and nothing. I ended up calling Sprint and it turns out even though the plan was added for some reason it wasnt active. But he removed it and re-activated it and everything is good now. thanks
