    If you're on BIS, go to AT&T's BIS website (do a search here for BIS websites), and once you login, there's a link on the left for "service books", then click "send service books".

    If you're on BES, your BES admin will have to do it for you.

    On your BB start Set up Email > Service Books > Send Service Books.
