    Go to Options --> Status.

    And yes, your PIN consists of 8 alpha-numeric characters. Your alpha characters will be upper-case.

    Is a PIN specific to your phone or to your account. For example if my curve breaks and I buy a new one - do I need to go through the hoopla with my IT department to switch over my PIN???
