I searched and can't find help.

When I get on the browser on my 8330, sometimes I think I can download a theme but then it is, like, a zip file and I have no idea where it goes, how to get it to work or how to get rid of it? Help?

It is not in the apps folder under options like other apps. I think it is just some random place taking up memory

Zip files have to be downloaded to your pc,unzipped then loaded to phone thru desktop manager. Most likely you will find anything you dl that is not an ota app in your media folder. Explore the device memory and the sd card in the media folder you should find them there and can just delete them. I am not sure if there is anywhere else they might go so if you don't find them in the media folder try to redownload the theme and see what folder the bb is saving them to before you click and look in that folder.
