One day my bb said i was running out of memory so it asked me if i wanted to clean things up. so i did and now when i miss a call and hit the green button there are no calls. so my call log is always empty. also how do iget apps, music, pics, etc.. to go onto my sd card? Any help greatly appreciated.
By cleaning up memory, you erase call logs, and in most cases, old messages as well. If you need to have your call log, I suggest you keep your memory at a healthy level. Do a search of the forums and there are numerous threads discussing this.
As for the SD card, apps cannot be installed on the cards. Only media i.e. Pictures, music, movies etc can be stored on the SD card.
