    I just started the BB Personal plan tonight. I have a Media Net icon but no Browser icon.
    Any idea why no browser icon? How do I add that on?

    you have 2 options...
    1. press menu / show all icons...maybe is hidden. I know some devices under older os version keep the browser over a folder liked APPLICATIONS
    2. It's new..so it's safe wipe you bb and then check

    Make sure the data plan is provisioned on your account through your provider. If so, resend your service books.
