I can't seem to find the answer to this.
I bought a 6G SDMicro last year only to find that the Curve only supported up to 4G.
Anyone know when it will support more and how much more?
BlackBerry devices that have media card capabilities are: 8100, 8300 and 8800.
They all use a MicroSD card and have the following maximum card GB capacities:
BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0 Up to 2GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.1 Up to 4GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.2 Up to 4GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.3.0 Up to 8GB
Here is another question that goes along with this one.
When are they going to make it so you don't have to do a battery pull if you want to take your media card out and load it off your computer instead of thru DM? Even the (love this one) tree fruit can do it with out tearing it apart.
As far as the amount of memory that it could/should have native. if they can make solid state memory drives in thumb drives up to 20gb then why not do it on the BB

Thank you Garz! Very kind of you.
Is 4.3 officially out for the 8300?
Thanks in advance.

I have been using a program to convert DVD's to MPEG to watch on my phone and ipod. There are tons of ways to store things. At work i photo everything thats odd or out of place, like a picture diary. I LOVE MY CURVE
