I'm new to BB, and when replying to email, there seems to be no option to send it. Anyone know the solution?

with the email composed and a recipient in it, press menu and SEND.

Same way as if you composed a new one.

If the SEND option is not here, with the BB powered in, remove the battery, replace it, and reboot the BB. See if that brings your send option back.

haroldgene...I had the same problem with my 8830, no "Send" option. It is a Service Book issue. I deleted all my Service Books then had them(Service Books) resent and like magic the "Send" option was there to reply to emails. Try it, it should fix your problem!!

In addition, you should be able to just press the trackball and a short menu will come up with send as an option.

Thanks, Zippay. That did the trick. I didn't figure out how to delete the service books, but I was able to get a new one sent and now there it is in the menu "Send."
