haroldgene...I had the same problem with my 8830, no "Send" option. It is a Service Book issue. I deleted all my Service Books then had them(Service Books) resent and like magic the "Send" option was there to reply to emails. Try it, it should fix your problem!!
Thanks, Zippay. That did the trick. I didn't figure out how to delete the service books, but I was able to get a new one sent and now there it is in the menu "Send."
