For a carrier released OS, yes that is the latest at this moment.

.69 is a very stable beta. More stable than a carrier released .55. I have been running .69 since end of July and not one single problem.

I was reluctant to upgrade from .52 to .69 under the whole "if it ain't broke" adage... but it's good. No issues as of yet. Good luck!

They were in all likelihood referring to Desktop Manager 4.6. And no it would not
    be possible

    Why back to 4.2 AG?
3 random reboots in 8 minutes.

Options constantly throws up an error and won't open

BBM does not appear even though it shows as installed in DM.
And seeing as I can't open options, I can't change themes to see
    if that is the issue.

This is a new phone and yes I know the proper install procedure, I
just don't have the time or patience to work through this kind of BS.

Most Recent "Official" Carrier OS : 4.5.0.55

Most Recent and "available" Beta : 4.5.0.69

Most Recent Beta (at partners) : 4.5.0.78 (as far as I know)

Please Note, these are all for GSM models... not for CDMA. The CDMA version numbering is completely different!
