I regularly receive an SMS from +10476000000 with the following message:
    n:m=1=1. Is this normal?

Weird. Call your carrier and see if they know what it means.

Any number with a + in front of it is usually an international number, but I am not sure where this one comes from.

I wouldn't think that is normal. Have you texted one of those late night hook-up chat lines?

Is it a new number? Is so it could be from when they recycle numbers. You know someone elses old number. Definately give your service provider a call.

I had that yesterday, it was my friend calling me on his "skype" account. It uses weird numbers like that and has a "+" in front of it. It was +10000123456

this problem occurs because there is a previous email service or messenger service turned on on an old device or through the carrier's website. usually happens when a customer switches devices from an old samsung, motorola to a data capable phone. you need to turn off the old email either by logging onto my.t-mobile or by putting your sim card into your old phone and turning off the email manually. hope this helps.
