Sprint 8330

When I go in to change my ringer settings.....

I do the normal, microphone icon-> advanced-> edit

I set my phone and text to tone, volume high, for in and out of holster. Save settings and back out.

I'll call my phone and it will only vibrate.

So I go back into the settings, and under phone and text, they are both set to vibrate for in and out of holster. Has happened 4 times in a row, and after 2 battery pulls.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you saving it? have you tried a different profile? tone? battery pull?

This is a known issue with some of the newer OS's. I have a thread with a fix which seems to work for most but not all users. On phone so don't have link. There's a link posted in the .175 OS thread.
