I spoke w/ tech support today in regards to this and they can't seem to find any help for me. There is an icon reading from left to right "two arrows pointing left, a yellow handset, then a number 1." No, it is not the "missed call" icon, but the yellow handset is the same as the missed call icon. The two arrows are only the "v's" of the arrow. It came up on my phone last night and won't go away no matter what I do. Someone please help me...i'm tired of reading trying to figure this out.

1) Icon no clue

2) Dial 1800 then hold the ALT key while typing the letters.
e.g. type 1800 then ALT+CONTACTS. The phone will automatically
convert the letters to the appropriate numbers

Thanks for the help on the number pad...now I just gotta figure out how I'm gonna get this icon to go away. Could it possibly have anything to do with any forwarded calls? My calls are not on forward, but the icon makes me think of that.
