    Just got my buddy at work a new curve 8330 from sprint and we activated it on the BES. He can send emails and compose emails but when he tries to reply it dosent give the option to send..

    I resent service books and did battery pull and reregistered on the network but still nothing.

    Ok, so let me see if I understand this. He can compose a new email, however when he presses menu while in the received email screen, there is an option to reply, but no option to send once the reply is composed?

    yes that is correct the send is not there just save draft.
    I just had him re activate on the BES

    How was this fixed? I have a friend with the same problem. We have resent service books, re registered on the network, battery pull, reactivated on the BES, etc... and still nothing. I can't find a definitive answer on any other posts. I guess we'll jsust try again
