Each time is recive a normal email I receive one from this address "[email protected]_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2" text says "this message is used to carry data between the BB handheld & an associated server. Please do not delete move or respond to this message-it will be processes by the server" This appears on my desktop email as well as the 8330. Any ideas?

Try a battery pull, then resend service books, and register the device again.

remove account and re add it......

i actually had this when i was messing with my bb and had an account called "default" which used the desktop manager connection to send email. I have no idea how i set this up since i didn't mean to. Anyway once i removed that setup from the phone those messages stopped coming again. Give it a shot.

Don't see an account called default, where do i look? How did you remove it? thanks

It was an email account. It showed up as an account I could send email from. it was actually removed when I upgraded my os and resynced my phone again.
