Ok, so I'm a very green BB newbie. I just got my first device...a curve 8320. As part of a side business I do work through a microstock photo company. One of my main goals for having a BB was to be able to acess this site on the go. Problem is, I can't access it! When I enter the site and input my username and password to access my account it just takes me back to the log in screen. No matter how many times I try it won't let me into my account.
I am sure I am just missing something ridiculous but cannot figure out what it is for the life of me. I know other BB users who are accessing their accounts on this website no problems.
Wow, sorry, I don't know, just casting about here, so please don't be insulted :-)
Any numbers in your username or password? If so, are you using the ALT key to register a numeral?
Try clearing your browser cache - in browser, MenuKey > Options > Cache Operations > Clear cache.
You might try giving the Opera Mini browser a try by downloading it at http://www.operamini.com. Some people have reported better luck with that browser.
Sorry I got nothing more specific.

No offence taken...hey I'm a noob with the BB, I'll take all the advice I can get.
No numbers, just text in my username or password. I cleared the cache and no change.....I am downloading Opera Mini as we speak so we will see how that goes...
If Opera Mini doesn't work (it should) use Bolt. Just go to Bolt Browser on your blackberry. I practically guarantee it will work, though it may be a little slow.
Aerophage > checked all boxes...the site looks alot more as per it appears on the net now, but still the same problem persists, although I couldn't get opera mini to download until I checked all those boxes.
Any other sites I am trying to access that require a username and password work properly...just this one is being problematic
Also, which emulation should I be using?

Worked with Opera Mini....thanks all for your help!
Now as far as emulation and stuff goes? I feel like I've gotten myself in over my head buying a blackberry...hehe. I need a crash course in how to use this thing properly. I tried loading ringtones via the desktop software and nothing seemed to work for me...I am not having very good luck so far!
How do I stop the desktop software from loading all my music into it. I don't plan on putting full song music into my phone, just ringtones and themes/apps. When I get to the screen where the Roxio media center is, it just bogs down trying to load the 3000+ songs I have in my computer and I can't get it to do anything else.
Don't use media manager... Roxio's software is a piece of c**p. Do you have an SD card installed? If not, you should get one, even just a 1GB card to hold pictures and ringtones, so that they're not sitting in your device memory. Also, unless you have a reason to change it (basically it's one of those things where if you don't know if you need to, you don't) then leave the emulation mode set to Blackberry.

Cool! Thanks for the advice....so with the SD card then its just a data transfer (drag and drop or copy and paste)?
Thanks for all the advice....I am pretty good with tech stuff usually but this blackberry world is giving me a run for my money. A bit overwhelming at first.
EDIT: No problem on the time....I am just appreciative of the free advice! Thanks again
Yes, just make sure when you install the SD card you go to Options - Media Card and ensure that both Media Card Support and Mass Storage Mode Support are set to on. Then when you connect your BB to your computer it will pop up and prompt you to enable mass storage mode. Say yes, and you'll be able to access the SD card like a flash drive.
