I am 100% sure I have water damage. What I am trying to find out is if it is too late for me to attempt to save my phone by letting it dry in rice as i put the battery in my curve multiple times before i read that was the worst thing you could do. Is my poor baby too far gon to be saved??

Nope. If youve put a battery into a wet device the damage has been done. Its not the moisture usually that kills, its the short that occurs from putting in a charged battery into a wet device. Sorry.

Sorry about that. Try the rice trick-may be worth a shot, you dont have much to lose at this point.
