    The flashing LED light that comes on when receiving data, or I should say checking for data, new email etc is driving me nuts. Anyway to turn it off??

    I'm pretty sure that you're SOL on that one sorry
    You can only shut off the coverage led

    If u don't want to see it flashing may I suggest turning your phone over? O:-)

    Go ahead and update to the 5.0 os and you can turn the led off for whetever alert you like. email, sms, bbm, etc.
