I just got my Curve and i am thrilled. Verizon and the Curve a perfect match. i have friends that have Curves and they swear by Operan Mini. i downloaded it, but i cannot seem to "agree" with the T&C's. there is no button on the screen.

does anyone have any ideas...

Use the menu key for the actions.

Yes !!! I had the same problem too!! When u are on the terms and condition section, hit the BB (menu) button and it will give u the option to say yes or no to the terms - so stupid I know, but that's how u select options in opera mini!!
