I recently got a new BB curve to replace an old verizon phone.
Overall I simply love this BB!
However I have a problem with VZ Navigator. I use the navigation on my BB a lot. I started to receive an error on VZ Navigator (error 15) when it was searching for a sattelite.
I spoke to customer support at least 5 times.
We reloaded the software and tried to do everything... the only solution that worked is to remove the battery and reinstall it again. I have a nice hard case on my BB so removing the battery while trying to get directions is not easy and not an option for me.
So I was told that the problem is probably in the BB unit itself.
2 days ago I exchanged the unit for a brand new one, reinstalled all the programs and re-entered the data.
VZ Navigator was working fine for a day or two but yesterday it started happening again - I received the error (15)
I took the battery out and placed it back ... and it worked.

Please help!
What's wrong with the BB OS or VZ Navigator software?
Is anyone else having the same problem?
