Hi! I am a newbie here, and to Blackberry's...........my previous cell phones did nothing but ring, LOL!
Anyway, I can not adjust the volume on my phone (curve 8330) while listening to MP3's. I downloaded them from the Sprint store, so they are obviously compatible with the phone. The volume works in all other applications. Any thoughts?
