Hello all! I'm trying to help my sister set up her Blackberry Curve 8320. She said she put her sim card in it from her old phone (non-blackberry), but she is not able to access her voicemail. I thought it was just dialing the cell number, but her carrier (Cincinnati Bell) has a different voicemail number. Cincinnati Bell's tech support doesn't know why she doesn't have 'voicemail' listed under the options, to change the voicemail phone number. Does anybody know why this would be?
Have you tried holding down the "1" key? That is how I access my vm, and I think this is standard? If not, you can access the vm settings under the help menu (question mark on main screen). From there, select phone, voicemail, then there is an option to change the vm access number. Hope this helps!
