I've had my phone for roughly a year now and haven't setup my voice mail. So I figured I'd setup it up tonight. However, when I tried calling *86, it says "welcome to verizon wireless, your called can not be completed as dialed" then it gives off a series of numbers and hangs up. I then tried calling my number to see if I could get into my voice mail that way, I end up receiving a busy signal. I shouldn't be having any problems as it's never been setup before. I too called Verizon CS and they basically gave me the same set of instructions, which was quite pointless to be honest. So at this point I'm irritated and need help. I've searched everywhere online and can't quite seem to find an answer to my question. It'd be greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some light on my situation. Thank You.
