i wiped my computer and reinstalled vista and downloaded 4.6 i went to back up my device and it gives me this error message that i must have administrative priveledges but when i go to user accounts it says i'm an administrater what do i do? or what do i change??

right click on the BB DM exe file. Select run as and select administraitor. See if this helps

right click on the exe file and run as administrator. Vista is uber gay about running/installing programs even if you are the administrator.
