    I read in the 4.5 update list that you can view emails in html. However, I am having trouble figuring out how. I did some searching but all I could find is to select get images from menu within the email. I don't have that option. Is there something different with this model or what?

    I have the 8330 from sprint. When I get a e-mail & the pics don't show I have to go to menu & select get images.

    Try resending your service books and uhm, a battery pull.

    How do I resend my service books? And where is this HTML option? I checked in email settings but saw nothing.

    Service books are important info from the carrier to make your phone work properly. To resend your service books either go to your carriers BIS site or go to the email setup icon on your phone, login and go to service books- send service books.
