    Help!

    I cannot view any attachments on my 8350i. It tells me "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device".

    This comes up with any type of attchment; tif, jpeg, pdf, txt. All attachments are unavailable to me.

    Any ideas?

    Go to Options > advanced > apps. Is BB attachment service listed?

    BlackBerry Attachment Service 4.6.1
    Under permissions it lists:
    Connections - Custom
    Interactions - Custom
    User Data - Allow

    Yes.

    I use the redirector from my work desktop and I also use the internet service for my MSN account. Sorry I sound new at this... However, I do appreciate the help from you all.
