i am trying to figure out how to record videos on my blackberry curve can someone please help?? thanks

What is your OS? Options>about

If you are on OS 4.5 its just a matter of opening the video recorder icon and pressing the trackball. I suspect your issue is only OS related.

whats OS?? i checked the options->about and i didnt see anything about 4.5

Operating system. What did you see? 4.2? - 4.3? I suspect you are on 4.2.2 - that would need to be upgraded to take advantage of the video recorder feature.

i pressed the trackball in the videos section and nothing happens

yeah i am 4.2.2.170. where do i upgrade because i have the latest rim software

This is where you would get the upgrade. Just follow the instruction exactly sa you see them and things should go well, if you are familiar with your device this should be no problem..
