This problem has been occurring for over 6months. Now it's getting worser! For example, If I play a few videos it just reboots the whole phone and the keys get real dim. Takes forever to come on. FTL!!
You might have a corrupted file/filesystem on your memory card. If that is the case, you need to move your files off the card and reformat the card (Options, Media Card, Menu, Format Card), then move your files back to the card in small groups and test. In your case, you can probably test using the media player. Keep moving files and testing, until you have found a bad file or everything is back on the card.
You might also have your vids encoded with a bitrate that is too high for the anemic processor in the Curve to handle. Your bitrate shouldn't be above about 500 kbps.
