Sorry, you can't. It seems that you have an old version of your bb OS. But you can go to blueapple.mobi and you can even save the videos onto your memory card. They have a wide variety of videos from Youtube, Metacafe, DailyMotion... Hope this helps
    =)

Actually you can with the 8330 running 4.3. You should be able to just go to youtube and view videos off the site.

Hmmm....I can't play videos from YouTube website. I'm using a Verizon Curve 8330, with OS 4.5.0.51. I also wasn't able to view videos when I had OS 4.3. When I click on a video link on YouTube, the browser just stalls and never does anything more. Has anybody else had this problem? Thanks. This forum is the BEST! I have learned so much from all of you

Open your browser. Go to options and select browser configuration. On mine i have checked:

    Prompt to enable Java script
    Use foreground and background colors
    Use Background images

Show images: On WML & HTML Pages
    Emulation Mode: BlackBerry

Mine is brand new, running 4.3 and settings match yours...the youtube has worked from day 1. Thought I'd confirm these settings work on the OS 4.3.

Hmmm. Can you browse other sites with no problems? Pull the battery out. See if that works.
