I accidently deleted something needed that allows you to save videos when I had 4.3...well i upgraded to 4.5 and I assumed that since everything was reloading, it would take care of the issue but now I can SAVE videos that I make on my BB but it is giving me an error message when I try to play them.
Its saying Loading...but then i get a popup that says The media being played is of an unsupported format...I created it with my BB though!
If you don't know why I'm getting this error can you walk me through how to reload the software for the video recorder? I still have the 4.5 on my desktop.
