Hi, I'm new to the forums and I was hoping you guys with more experience could help me. I was trying to create a new phone profile for my blackberry for use in the classroom, so it would primarily vibrate. However, now the vibrate function does not seem to work at all, not even on the unmodified vibrate setting or the loud one. I was wondering if you guys had any idea of what I might have done, and how I should fix it? Is there a possible way to restore phone profiles to default maybe?
I tried the battery pull...I pulled the battery while it was on, waited 30 seconds and then powered it back up. When I tried again though, the vibrate function still didnt work. Any ideas what to do next?
If that doesn't work let us know.
