- So here is my issue (or at least my mothers issue) I convinced her to buy a Curve a couple weeks ago and since day 1 she has been having problems taking/viewing her pictures that are taken using the onboard camera. she can see the pictures you send her withought a problem. When she takes a picture the screen goes all white and hangs. when you exit out of the camer and go to the media/pictures file all it shows is a white screen with a red X at the very top left corrner.
I myself thought well all it needs is the newer OS......didnt work
then I thought....so simple! Battery pull! No go
by this point I am at my wits end. I have been trying to get her to go to Alltel to get it looked at buy she is "to busy" Thought maybe I would try to help her out with what knowkedge I have but I am at a loss. what do you guys think?
ps I tried searching and found nothing that would help. Thanks!08-26-09 07:08 PMLike 0 - Ok, does she have a media card?
If not, warranty replacement.
If she does, get a new memory card.
BUT... as I think of this, make sure the memory card has been formatted in the BB before trying to take pictures. Format it and then try. If that doesn't fix it, get a new memory card.08-26-09 07:34 PMLike 0
