I've wiped the handheld (using the security menu) and reinstalled a newer version of the OS (not from vendor), yet still when I open up the browser i get the original Vendor's logo?
Do i need to do something else to completely wipe the handheld?
Doesn't matter what OS version you put on your device. It will always have the carrier logo the phone is branded to. It is programmed onto a separate chip that cannot be reprogrammed or changed.
