I recently updated to v4.5.0.101 from Telus... I've noticed when I launch the web browser, load a webpage, and try to scroll down a bit on the page, then try to scroll up, the page will scroll down? The page will not scroll back up properly (only down) until the page has finished loading at which point I can scroll back up.

Anyone else seeing this? It's really annoying!

I'm running 4.5.0.119 and I've noticed that too. I just chalked it up to the browser catching up with itself.
