Im new here and to Bb. Yay! Just upgraded and....

1. Videos have sound, but cant see!
2. Recorder works but wont play back

A message saying "he media being played is of a unsupported format"
Please help

if you upgraded with your memory card still installed you might have to format it again....thats if you have your videos and recordings saved on the memory card......something i learned a while back, ALWAYS REMOVE YOUR MEMORY CARD WHEN YOU ARE UPGRADING SOFTWARE...lol....didn't mean to yell, i am doing it to myself....by the way....WELCOME
