I'm a new crackberry addict after getting a used 8310. I'm sure I'll be getting a new one in about 5 months.

I want to use a map feature for this phone. I do not need navigation but I do need access to mapping for a whole state.

Questions: should I download att navigator and after 30 days, use the free maps, or just use google/yahoo maps?

I have the smallest data plan from att (200mb). I will on average use the map feature 1 to 2 times a week. Will I have enough download space if I use google or yahoo?

    TIA for the newbie.

My preference runs to Google Maps. If ATT offers a free trial you may wish to test for yourself.

Don't know about the data. Sane as me but I rarely use Google Maps.

Are you able to do everything you need with the 200mb plan?
