    When I open my camera or video camera on my 8320 its says could not start the camera try closing other applications and try again. I tried battery pulls and alt+caps+del it don't work and I can't re-install OS cos my internets down any help please?

    you need to wipe and reinstall your os, unless you recently dropped it, which would make it a hardware issue
