im new to the forum and new to blackberrys. i have an 8330 curve on verizon service and i cant seem to be able to upload different themes. can anyone help me with my problem?
i tried to do both but apploader wouldnt let me upload axl. files and i sent myself the .jad files from an OTA zip and couldnt figure it out. im lost lol
When you say wont let you, what message does DM give you? also, have you extracted the zip folder first? Once you try to add the theme via apploader after extraction, you need to load the .axl file, then hit next..
When you say sent yourself the OTA, all you have to do is click on it, and it will prompt an install,
On both instances, once installed, go to Options, Theme, then select which one.
However, you do have to make sure the themes you want are for your operating system, if they are not, they will show in the applications menu but not the themes menu.
