    Hi,

    First post .. love the information I've been able to gather from this site so far. Cheers.


    I upgraded my Curve to the OS 4.5....
    It looks as though my email address is still in my BB, but for some reason it's not working anymore. I've tried to re-configure it through email setup, but email setup only gives me the options:

    1- I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enerprise Server
    2- I want to skip email setup

    Do I contact my service provider?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Resend your service books and register the host routing table.

    Also, sounds like you are using option 2. You can setup or resetup your accounts at your BIS.

    Go to your provider's BIS site; you can find this via your search engine of choice. Login, then re-send the service books. Piece of cake once you do it!

    Thanks for the reply's ... much appreciated!

    I just spoke with Rogers .. for some reason they ended up removing my data package last night (instead of increasing it - go figure!).

    After the data package was placed back on my account .. I was told to take the battery out, wait 30 seconds, and re-installing the battery. Every thing seems to be working.
