I have an 8330 on the Verizon network with OS 4.3. I can't seem to get a concrete answer as to whether or not we are even going to get 4.5!!! What are the ramifications of d/l such (both legal and as pertains to my apps, music, etc) straight from BB and bypassing the wait (if it even becomes available)? What exactly is the difference in the two? I see everyone is hot after it but I haven't seen any specs.
