I can't seem to play certain video files, is there something I can download that will support all video files

Yes, there is a program called Any Video Converter.

There is a FREE version that does an excellent job of converting just about any kind of format to the BB format that can be played on the Curve. And it does it very fast also.

Just converted the complete 5th season of Two and a half Men and have it on my Media Card now. All 22 or so episodes were converted in about 2 hours. I was very impressed.

And you can format it so that it will out put in Full Screen with the proper settings in this program.
