I have a 9650 and am trying to send a video to someone w/ an 8330, but when they try to play it; they get the message that the file format is unsupported. the format that the file is saved in is ".3gp." i do not have encryption setup on the media card. i am running os 6, but i am not sure what version the other person has. any suggestions?
