This is driving me nuts, I've got yahoo email pushed to my phone and it keeps saying that there is an unread message for yahoo, I have gone through EVERY message and they have all been read, I logged in on my pc and there are no unread message, how do I get rid of the envelope saying I have an unread message??
If yes then go into all your message folders and press U for Unread.
Make sure to check any hidden folders, saved folder and open any calls that are being logged in your message folder (if you have that) and and VM SMS you may have.
Just to be sure you can also highlight the most recent date in all your message folder, menu, delete prior.
Yeah I went through everything, I'm doing a quick pull now b/c I tried U and it said there are no Unread messages in this folder, thanks for the quick reply
figured it out. i went to messages folder pressed s and searched messages and found the unread message every day i learn something new about this phone
will the unread message thing work for myspace messages mine says it has a message but there is no message its getting annoying seeing the icon on my screen and i cant get it off been like 2 days
