So I have this indicator on my screen. It looks like a small world with the number 1 beside it. I have looked at previous posts about this issue but so far I'm unable to resolve it. Any suggestions?

From messages press menu - view folder - browser messages. If it is a browser message, it will be there to read/delete whatever.
