Thiscould be a really amateur quesion but i need to know. Occasionally, whe I try to access my video camera, the video screen goes black and a message comes up that says "Uncaught Exception: Camera Pause Failed" ...I can't get out of the messsage even though there is a space to click OK. I can't exit from that screen and eventually wind up removing the battery to restart the phone. Ugh. It does get frustrating because I use my video camera very often. Can anyone please tell me why this happens or how I can handle it. Thank You in advance! Any answers will be appreciated

Some unknown error happened that the OS couldn't handle. You could try reloading the OS to fix it.

Yeah, it does somewhat sound like an OS issue unfortunately. You would want to back everything up through Desktop Manager and obtain an OS file to install and basically re-install your SW.
