Hi,

I'm a newbe but I'm sure this has happened to other folks. In the last couple of days I'm unable to open any web pages. Always get the following error message:

A problem occurred while trying to render the page

Any ideas?

Did you try pulling out the battery or resending the service books?

Sound's like an issue with your SP to me.

Try opening your Browser then press your Blackberry button then go to Options, then to Browser Configuration, then make sure you have a checkmark on Prompt to Enable Javascript and Support HTML Tables. Give that a try if you haven't already done that. Good luck.

My Verizon 8330 loses its data connection every couple of weeks and I can't load web pages with the default browser, either. It is a documented problem and Verizon can replace your Blackberry but that may or may not problem.

A battery pull is your best remedy.

Thanks everyone, doing a battery pull did the trick. Wonder if this "bug" is fixed in the upcomming OS release? Love this web site...
