Hello I am new to cb.com...I need help please! I am on my second blackberry; my 1st bb was a pearl and I currently have a curve 8320 through Verizon. My question/concern is...when I get or place a call, I have several times where the person on the other end can hear me but I can not hear them. This does not happen on all calls but when it does I have to remove the battery and basically reset the phone. Why does this happen and am I the only one who this happens too? Very frustrated but I love the phone and the features I get with the BB. Thank you for the help!
This might sound simplistic but are you changing the volume around? In other words if you use speaker phone or bluetooth are you moving the volume up/down for the different ways you use the phone?
This might not be it but sometimes it helps to look at the easy answers first.
