I accidentally deleted all of my messages from my BB this morning. Is there any way, since they are still showing up in outlook, for me to restore them to the BB?

The only way to get them back in the BB messages folder is to forward them to yourself from Outlook on your PC, so that they show up as new again. A bit of a nuisance, but you can do it.

If you backed up your blackberry you can restore them using the deskto manager
