UMA questions
hey guys, i live in thailand and i got a BB 8320. WIFI works fine but UMA signal is not coming out.
is UMA something has to do with the service provider of the country?
or is it limited to just few countries?
or is it a universal service in any where around the world that has WIFI?
cos if my country doesn't support UMA, then i guess my BB is fine. but just in case it supports everywhere? is my BB have a problem?
thank you and hoping for some replies from all of you!

It has to be enabled by the service provider.

Uma was never "enabled" on my curve. I dont use hotspot service either, i just simply connected. Keep in mind, there was an issue with uma not connecting properly. As far as i know it was resolved, but i would suggest calling tech support and seeing what they say.

hey shorynot, how do you find the latest OS 4.5? how long have you been using it? is it stable? any bugs?
-
I just did some searching for it, unfortunately its against the forums policy to specify where i found it. But if you do some searching you will find it no problem.
Been using it for about a week now i think, its very stable. I ran .44 before this and it was spotty, had alot of memory leak to it. I have yet to find a bug.
