it's basically a website that serves the same purpose as the facebook status feature. except you can subscribe to peoples updates and vice versa. far from a necessity but still pretty cool.
Ok, someone please tell me what twitter is. I went to the site posted (orangatame, or something like that), but it doesn't really say what it is there. I'm fairly new to the BB crowd and have a curve. So, I want to make the best of what I have. Thanks.
In case your still wondering twitter is basically your "status" what makes it nice is that there are so many mobile tools for it that you can update it all the time everywhere (as long as twitter is up and not in failwhale mode).
Twitter's real cool once you find people you want to follow. And there are plenty of people on Twitter with BB's. Matter of fact I'm surprised no one has started a Twitter-connect type thread.
